Item quality is good however I paid express shipping as I urgently needed the item for a customised order I had I only received my item a week and a half later I had to purchase the same items elsewhere because this order didn’t arrive in time when I contacted the seller regarding the postage delay they did not seem concerned that my item was delayed

There was a mishap from the post office end but Sarah was very prompt and sorted it out quickly. Which ended up delivering on time anyways. Thank you so much!
